Praying

Normally I try to avoid political talk on my blog; however, as the U.S. elections near, I ask each of you to prayerfully consider the consequences of your vote.  No matter your opinions on the two candidates, please vote for life, which means voting for the individual who can win out against the candidate who is anti-life, family, homeschooling, and the Catholic Church!  As St. John Paul II stated,

"Freedom consists not in doing what we like, but in having the right to do what we ought."
---St. John Paul II

Like this recently canonized saint, may we, too, embrace the cross, praying to follow God's Will, and stand for what is right.  May we pray that God will reign over our country and leaders.
